
The Woodlands Homeowners Association offers tennis and pickleball courts for the exclusive use of our members. The courts are open except during scheduled lessons, reserved open-play sessions, or special events such as tournaments.

Court Rules
To ensure fair and enjoyable use of the courts, please follow these guidelines:
General Use
- Courts are for tennis and pickleball only.
- White-soled tennis shoes only. Black-soled shoes, Rollerblades, skates, bicycles, and similar items are prohibited.
- Pets, small children, skateboards, and basketballs are not allowed on the courts.
- Clean up after use—dispose of trash and spilled drinks, and lock the gate when leaving.
- Courts are under surveillance for security purposes. Please see our surveillance policy for more information
Court Access
- Courts are for Woodlands HOA members and their guests only. Guests must be accompanied by an adult member (18) at all times.
- Youth must be accompanied by a member age 14 and over.
Reservations
- Courts may be reserved for up to 2 hours using the online reservation system.
- On weekends, each household may reserve up to two 2-hour blocks. Courts may not be reserved under multiple names for the same group.
Playing Hours
- Weekdays after 5:00 PM and all day on weekends are reserved for adult (18) play.
- Children under 18 may play during these times if courts are not in use and must vacate if requested by an adult.
Late Arrivals
- Players arriving more than 10 minutes late for a reserved court forfeit their reservation if another group has begun play.
Special Events
- The HOA Board may reserve courts for tournaments, group instruction, open play, and other sanctioned events.
