WHA CLUBHOUSE AND POOL DECKS ARE NON- SMOKING AREAS
Max # of people for events = 150
Woodlands Clubhouse Rental Procedure:
- Check Calendar Below to see if your desired date is available. (You can only rent 6 months in advance.)
- Email facilities@woodlandshomeowners.org with the date you are wanting to rent.
- Once approved via email proceed with Rental Agreement Paperwork located below.
- Rental Fee and Deposit due with Rental Agreement. (Please place all paperwork and checks in the black mailbox located to the left of the clubhouse door.)

Clubhouse Rental Rates:
Weekday (Mon-Thurs) = $150 + $150 security deposit*
Weekend (Fri-Sun) = $250 + $150 security deposit*
*Security Deposit Checks will only be cashed if there are damages after your party. If there are no damages then your security deposit check will be shredded.

- Half Kitchen/Bar Area
- Pool Table
- Large Ball Room w/ fireplace and dance floor
- Front Room w/ Apple TV and Cable
- 6 Card Tables
- 9 – 6′ Rectangle Tables
- 2 – 8′ Rectangle Tables
- 61 Folding Chairs
**Please Note that the Pool is NOT included in your rental and refrain from setting up tents and tables/chairs outdoors. For respect to the surrounding neighbors and safety of others we ask that you keep your party/guests indoors. Thank you!
**NO GAMES/ACTIVITIES IN THE CIRCLE GRASS AREA IN FRONT OF THE CLUBHOUSE!
**FIREWORKS ARE NOT ALLOWED ANYWHERE ON THE GROUNDS OR IN THE PARKING LOT!!
