Clubhouse rentals are for WHA members in good standing.
All businesses and entities are required to have a COVID19 Plan in place prior to reopening and to stay open. The Woodlands HOA COVID-19 Plan for Clubhouse rental includes: (1) signed Clubhouse Rental Agreement; (2) signed Addendum to Rental Agreement; (3) Liability Waiver signed by the renting Member; (4) Rental fee and deposit; and (5) Liability Waivers signed by all attending guests.
All guests attending a Rental Event must submit a signed Liability Waiver prior to entering the Clubhouse.
Currently the number of guests at a Rental Event is limited to 50 guests to allow for social distancing.
Masks / face coverings are required inside the Clubhouse to comply with Governor Holcomb’s Executive Order that mandates mask usage statewide.
