
The Woodlands Homeowners Association offers two well-maintained tennis courts for the exclusive use of our members. The courts are open for play year-round, except during scheduled lessons, reserved open-play pickleball sessions, or special events such as tournaments.

Tennis Court Rules
To ensure fair and enjoyable use of the courts, please follow these guidelines:
General Use
- Courts are for tennis and pickleball only.
- White-soled tennis shoes only. Black-soled shoes, Rollerblades, skates, bicycles, and similar items are prohibited.
- Pets, small children, skateboards, and basketballs are not allowed on the courts.
- Clean up after use—dispose of trash and spilled drinks, and close the umbrella and gate when leaving.
Court Access
- Courts are for Woodlands HOA members and their guests only. Guests must be accompanied by a member at all times.
Reservations
- Courts may be reserved for up to 2 hours using the Skedda online reservation system.
- On weekends, each household may reserve up to two 2-hour blocks. Courts may not be reserved under multiple names for the same group.
Playing Hours
- Weekdays after 5:00 PM and all day on weekends are reserved for adult play.
- Children under 16 may play during these times only if courts are not in use and must vacate if requested by an adult.
- Youths under 16 may not reserve evening or weekend time in advance.
Late Arrivals
- Players arriving more than 10 minutes late for a reserved court forfeit their reservation if another group has begun play.
Special Events
- The HOA Board and Tennis Activities Committee may reserve courts for tournaments, group instruction, open pickleball play, and other sanctioned events.
