The Woodlands Homeowners’ Association is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors that oversees the Association’s common property and provides stewardship of the budget supporting maintenance, operations, and community activities.
Homeowners interested in learning more about Association governance are encouraged to review the Roles and Responsibilities of Board Members, as well as the Annual Overview Calendar of Board Responsibilities, which outline the scope of service and expected commitments.
The Association’s day‑to‑day facilities operations are supported by Facilities Managers, who reside in the upstairs apartment of the Clubhouse. Information regarding their role, including the Employment and Occupancy Agreement, is available here.
