Located in beautiful Carmel, Indiana, the Woodlands is a vibrant and welcoming community. On this site, you’ll find everything you need to know about our association, including information on membership, amenities like the pool and tennis courts, and general neighborhood updates.

We also provide helpful links to the City of Carmel and nearby communities, access to important legal documents, and an archive of both current and past editions of The Acorn neighborhood newsletter.

The Woodlands Homeowners’ Association Board welcomes your feedback—whether it’s about this website or any other community matter. Your input helps us make better decisions for our neighborhood. We encourage all residents to attend our monthly board meetings, typically held on the second Monday of each month at 7:30 p.m. It’s a great way to stay informed and engaged.

Interested in getting more involved? You can run for a two-year term as a board member or volunteer for specific events and neighborhood initiatives. Every level of participation makes a difference!
