Welcome to the web site for the Woodlands Homeowners' Association of Carmel, Indiana. Here you will be able to find information on membership in the association, the pool, the tennis court and the neighborhood in general. There is also useful links to the City of Carmel and other surrounding neighborhoods, links to legal documents pertaining to the neighborhood, and an archive of current and past Acorn newsletters.
The Board of the homeowners association welcomes feedback on this site or any other topic. We encourage you to attend the monthly board meetings (usually the second Monday of each month, at 7:30 p.m.) and get more involved in the neighborhood. You can be a board member for a two-year term, or get involved just in specific events or issues.

96th & KEYSTONE ROUNDABOUT MEETING:
TUESDAY, March 28th 6:30pm
EASTSIDE CARMEL ROUNDABOUT SCHEDULE 2017-2018
Starting this summer, both the northbound and southbound on/off ramps will be installed at 96th & Keystone. Streets will stay open, but lanes will be narrowed. In the Spring/Fall 2018 the Keystone bridge will be built. During this phase of construction in 2018, access to Keystone/96th Street will be maintained via right turns - off of 96th (westbound) to Keystone going north and (eastbound) going south AND off of Keystone (northbound) going east and (southbound) going west.
